I have been designing and evolving applications and platforms for more than twenty-five years. Today, I define the architecture of Azure systems and support development teams working in .NET and C#. I also created Allure+, a training app, and have been a triathlon coach since 2017.
Career
I have been working in software since 2001.
Since April 2026
Hardis Tech Services
I respond to tenders and design cloud architectures on Azure, from defining the technical choices to their implementation.
July 2025 – March 2026
Via Exakis Nelite (Groupe Magellan Partners)
I work in the Fraud team, in a mixed Azure and AWS environment, with .NET and TypeScript. I take part in developing and evolving the services that detect, verify and qualify fraudsters.
December 2024 – June 2025
Via Exakis Nelite (Groupe Magellan Partners)
I design and build a price management application (PTI / PCI). I designed the import of more than 100,000 CSV lines to initialise the data, then the simulation of price changes. I optimised the application so that it stays responsive on a database of more than one million records.
April 2024 – December 2024
Via Exakis Nelite (Groupe Magellan Partners)
I act as the link between the development team and the client’s systems team. I maintain the project’s Azure infrastructure, apply security rules and carry out occasional development work.
April 2022 – July 2024
Via Exakis Nelite (Groupe Magellan Partners)
I am Tech Lead of the CI/CD team: eight developers and DevOps profiles, with a Product Owner and a Scrum Master. I write the technical designs, build the most complex parts, review pull requests and train the more junior profiles. I design APIs and Azure Functions that make it easier for development teams to integrate CI/CD tools, as well as reporting applications on how they are used for FinOps teams, and the securing of development environments.
March 2020 – March 2022
Via Exakis Nelite (Groupe Magellan Partners)
I designed the Azure architecture of an IoT project for care homes for elderly people, which improves continence monitoring through connected protective products. I developed the IoT data ingestion application in .NET 6 / C#, and a webhook that forwards LoRaWAN data from The Things Industries to Azure, as no connector was available. The project received the “Best Digital Innovation” award (Corporate IT Awards 2023).
February 2019 – March 2020
Exakis Nelite (Groupe Magellan Partners)
Within the ESC entity, I help write responses to tenders and build proofs of concept (POC). I produce estimates and costings, and write client presentations.
February – March 2019
Via Exakis Nelite (Groupe Magellan Partners)
I built a CI/CD pipeline that creates pre-configured disk images. Virtual machines use them to run autonomous vehicle driving simulations.
September 2018 – February 2019
Via Exakis Nelite (Groupe Magellan Partners)
I followed the projects and provided technical supervision, and I validated the technical architecture documents (DAT). I carried out Azure architecture studies and set up the DevOps platform: a CI/CD chain, with code quality control through SonarQube.
September 2016 – September 2018
Via Novencia
I developed applications on ASP.NET Web API 2 and Angular, with OAuth2, SQL Server and Entity Framework, applying dependency injection and unit tests. I helped write the group’s standards for REST APIs, and led a team of four developers, two of them offshore: task allocation, technical specifications, training and coordination.
May – September 2016
Via Novencia
I wrote the documentation for migrating GitHub or SVN projects to Azure DevOps, and set up the first CI/CD pipelines. I also wrote the “How to” guides that make it easier to create new projects, and installed an agent for on-premises deployments.
September 2014 – May 2016
Via Novencia
I followed the .NET projects and wrote the development recommendations and technical standards. I managed the TFS server and the deployments to UAT and production.
June 2013 – September 2014
Via Soat
I designed an ASP.NET MVC 4 application on SQL Server 2012, with Entity Framework, AppFabric and Web API. I applied dependency injection, the Repository pattern and unit tests, and led a team of six developers.
February – June 2013
Via Soat
I developed the Windows Phone 8 application “Eurosport Player”, whose service layer is provided by Eurosport. I wrote the JSON services in C# that feed the application, and set up the custom lock screen and live tiles.
June 2012 – February 2013
Via Soat
I merged two web applications, one in ASP.NET WebForms and one in ASP.NET MVC 4, into a single site, and wrote the redirection rules between them. I set up a distributed cache, refactored the lower layers and provided technical support to the team.
January – May 2012
Via Soat
I developed a secure token-based authentication service for users of the web applications and of devices other than the Canal+ box (Freebox, Xbox…).
February – November 2011
Via Soat
I provided technical support to a development team, designed an application layer for modular and generic batch jobs, and set up unit tests.
January 2010 – January 2011
Netquarks
I led a team of six developers. I designed the evolutions of the SOA architecture, built a data access abstraction and optimisation layer, and implemented automated unit tests.
June 2008 – January 2010
Via Régie
I migrated an ASP.NET WebForms 1.1 application to version 2.0, then designed and developed an application that shares fixed costs across client portfolios (Fee Sharing).
June 2007 – June 2008
Via Régie
I studied and migrated an ASP.NET WebForms 1.1 application to version 2.0, then updated an application from 2.0 to 3.5 that uses WCF. I also developed applications that use web data to detect insider trading.
April 2006 – May 2007
Via Régie
I developed and maintained modules of the News/Forecasts document portal, intended for journalists. I also created a Windows service that automatically adds the MPEG files of a foreign news agency to the document database.
June 2005 – March 2006
Via Régie
I migrated the company website to ASP.NET WebForms 2.0, and rewrote a VB6 application in Windows Forms.
May 2004 – July 2005
Via Régie
I migrated an application from Sybase to Oracle, and designed and developed a CRM suited to the company’s needs, and an application for managing support requests. I also built an application for the buy-back of employees’ shares.
June 2001 – May 2004
Via Régie
I developed an intranet application giving the sales forces and marketing access to business intelligence data, handled the evolutionary maintenance of the Volkswagen product catalogue, and developed the back office of the showroom tools.
